1. Shipping Destinations
EquiTagz offers shipping to Canada and the United States.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Larger orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping:
Canada:
- Untracked Shipping: $6.00 CAD
- Tracked Shipping: $15.00 CAD
United States:
- Untracked Shipping: $11.00 CAD (approximately $8 USD)
- Tracked Shipping: $20.75 CAD (approximately $15 USD)
Delivery times may vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EquiTagz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please note: In the event that a customer refuses to pay the required customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to EquiTagz as a result, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
EquiTagz is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Untracked Shipping: Please note, if untracked shipping is selected, there is no way for the EquiTagz team to track your order. This means if the package is lost or does not arrive in a timely manner, EquiTagz is not responsible for the lost package. This is the risk when choosing a shipping method that does not provide a tracking number.
- Tracked Shipping: EquiTagz is NOT responsible for a package lost sent via tracked shipping.
